摘要
"思想道德修养与法律基础"课程蕴含着丰富的内容,客观上给教育者提出了"教什么?"及"怎样教?"的问题。基于"思想道德修养与法律基础"的文本以及道德价值的特点,可以提炼出善、公正、责任、关怀、高尚等价值作为基本的道德价值群。其接受途径有传授、叙事伦理、道德经验的体验等方式。
The course "Ideological and Moral Cultivation & The Basis of Law" contains a full range of contents, and poses the question of "what to teach" and "how to teach" objectively. Based on the contents and moral value characteristics of "Ideological and Moral Cultivation & The Basis of Law", such value groups as kindness, fairness, responsibility, concern, loftiness, etc. can be distilled to teach the students. And the implementing ways include imparting, narrative ethics, the practice of moral experience, etc.
