摘要
采用化学浸泡法和动电位极化曲线法研究了中性氯离子环境中不锈钢制品抛光表面粗糙度对其耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着表面粗糙度的增大,蚀孔的平均最大深度和平均最大面积呈增大趋势;提出了表征表面光滑平坦程度的不锈钢抛光表面开放度参数δ,抛光表面腐蚀深度和面积与表面开放度参数δ成近似负线性关系;表面开放度参数δ越大,击穿电位Eb相对越高,电流密度Jpass相对越小,耐腐蚀性能越好。
The chemical immersion method and potentiodynamic polarization method were employed to investigate the effects of surface roughness on corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel in neutral chloridion solution.The results indicate that with increase of the surface roughness,the mean maximum depth and size of the pits increase.The surface openness parameter δ is proposed to characterize the smoothness degree of the polished surface,and it is approximate negatively and linearly correlated with the pits depth and size.The surface openness parameter δ is more greater,the breakdown potential Eb is more higher,the maintaining passivity current Jpass is more smaller and the corrosion resistance is much better.
