摘要 本文介绍了一种新型的液体静压主轴系统,此系统由主轴回转误差在线监测单元、可控液体静压轴承及微机系统组成。开发研制此主轴系统旨在直接控制主轴位置以补偿主轴回转误差。本文说明了此直接补偿方法的原理和特点。介绍了可控液体静压轴承的设计问题及在线控制补偿主轴回转误差的试验,试验结果表明这种方法是有效的,约70%的主轴回转误差被消除。 This Paper focuses on the reduction of spindle radial error motion (SREM)in machining.A new method,direct eompensatory control of SREM,has been introduced in this paper.In order to put the method into practice,a spindle system has been developed which consists of a monitoring unit,control- lable hydrostatic bearings and a microcomputer system.Design of the controllable hydrostatic bearing has been discussed in detail.The experiment results of compensatory control shows the method is effec- tive.Seventy percent of SREM has been eliminated.
