涤棉抗紫外面料的生产工艺包括烧毛、前处理、碱减量、染色、抗紫外整理、定形等。通过分析各工艺的工艺条件及加工特点,给出工艺流程和处方参数。经该工艺生产的涤棉抗紫外面料柔软舒适,牢度指标较好,具有一定的抗紫外性能。
The wet processing of anti-UV T/C fabric is carried out, such as singeing, pretreatment, alkali deweighting, dyeing, anti-UV finishing, as well as heat setting. The processing conditions and matters needing attention in operation are detailed. The anti-UV T/C fabric features soft handle, good color fastness and UV protection.
