摘要
探讨了阳离子型荧光增白剂TF-921对腈纶织物的增白工艺及增白效果,研究了增白剂用量、染浴pH值、上染温度、保温时间等因素对腈纶增白效果的影响。结果表明,荧光增白剂TF-921-亚漂一浴法增白的优化工艺为:增白剂0.4%~1.0%(omf),采用草酸调节染浴pH值为3~4,上染温度为90~100℃,保温时间为20~40 min,焙烘温度120~130℃。
The brightening process of cationic fluorescent whitening agent TF-921 to acrylic fabric is discussed. The influence of the dosage of brightening agent, pH value of dye bath, dyeing temperature, dyeing time on brightening results is studied. The results show that the optimum process conditions of sodium chlorite one-bath bleaching with fluorescent whitening agent TF- 921 are as follows: brightening agent 0. 4% - 1.0% (omf), pH value of dye bath 3 - 4( using oxalic acid as a regulator), dyeing temperature 90- 100 ℃, dyeing time 20 -40 min, curing temperature 120 - 130 ℃.
