摘要
营养与健康是介绍食品营养与人体健康关系的一门课程。本文从课程背景、教学内容、教学方法与手段、第一课堂向第二课堂延展实践教学几方面,对营养与健康通识教育课程的教学与实践进行了探讨。
Nutrition and Health general education is a course introducing food nutrition and body health. Teaching and practice of Nutrition and Health general education was explored from the aspects of curriculum background, teaching content,teaching methods and practical teaching of extension from The first classroom to the second classroom in this paper.
