对“基地+项目”合作教育模式实践探索

Practice and Exploration of the "Base+Project" Cooperative Education Model

农业科技创新依赖于创新型农业科技人才的培养。长江大学园艺园林学院"基地+项目"合作教育模式经过近6年的实践探索,证明该模式对培养园艺、园林专业学生的创新、创业能力和提高毕业生就业率效果显著,同时对该模式实施过程中出现的若干问题进行了探讨。

The innovation of agricultural science and technology depends on the training of innovative talents of agricultural science and technology. ＂Base ＋ project＂ cooperative education model has been practiced and explored in College of Horticulture and Garden of Yangtze University for nearly 6 years. It is proved that this model plays an obvious role in cultivating gardening students＇ innovative ability and improving their employment. Meanwhile, this paper discusses the problems in implementation process.
