摘要 针对装甲车辆某部件应变测试引线困难的问题,利用存储测试技术设计了一种嵌入式结构的微体积、低功耗的微型应变记录仪。该记录仪可以嵌入被测体内,完成车辆部件微小应变信号的获取、存储,同时结合LabVIEW 2010软件开发的虚拟仪器读数软件将传输到上位机的数据进行波形显示和数据处理,得到测试结果。实验证明,所设计的微型存储测试系统稳定,具有微体积、低功耗、嵌入被测体内实时获取动态参数等优点,可以应用于不易引线的应变测试场合。 To solve the lead-wire difficulty of strain measurement on a structure of the vehicle, using storage measurement technology to design an embedded data-recorder with micro-volume and low-power consumption. The recorder can be put inside the measured body to obtain the strain signal and storage the data , and the virtual instrument software which was developed base on LahVIEW2010 can accomplish wavefonn display , data processing to obtain measurement results. Experiments show that the mi- cro-volume storage measurement system is stability, and has the advantages of micro-volume, low-power consumption, embedded into the measured body, which can be used in the strain measurement oeeasion that is not fit lead-wire method.
