试图从文化兴体视角探讨我国橄榄球运动推广的主要策略。采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法探析。认为文化崛起是提高橄榄球运动软实力、影响力的根本,对橄榄球运动文化的传承与传播、专业人才的培养、伟大形象的塑造、无形资产的开发及其综合效益的萌发具有促进作用。将橄榄球运动文化纳入我国体育文化发展战略范畴,结合休闲娱乐文化弘扬橄榄球运动文化、不断汲取国际先进橄榄球运动文化是促进我国橄榄球运动发展的重要举措。

This article is intended to discuss major strategies to promote rugby sport in China from the perspective of culture flourishing sports, by resorting to methods of literature studies, interviews, and logical analysis. It is believed that cultural rise not only is fundamental to soft power and influence enhancement of rugby, but also can boost the inheritance and transmission of rugby culture, cultivation of expertise, shaping of great images, exploitation of invisible assets, as well as budding of overall efficiency. Advocating rugby culture, which is included into the scope of our country＇s sport culture developing strategies, with leisure recreational culture, and constantly drawing on international advanced rugby culture are important measures to promote the development of rugby sport in China.
