摘要
目前地方院校教学管理体制出现的问题已使学校和地方经济发展相脱节,本文以通化师范学院为研究对象,推出以地方区域特点办特色院校的教学管理体制,促进学校和地方经济的发展。
Currently the questions of teaching management system in local college had become disjointed with the college and the local economic development. With Tonghua Normal University as the research objective, this paper recommended the teaching management system of special-featured college, so as to promote the mutual development of the college and economy.
