我国学校预防艾滋病参与式健康教育效果Meta分析 被引量:5

Meta-Analysis of participatory health education effect on HIV/AIDS prevention among Chinese students

摘要 目的客观评价中国在校学生艾滋病预防参与式健康教育的干预效果,为探讨学校预防艾滋病健康教育模式提供参考。方法利用多个数据库对国内外相关文献进行全面检索,按照事先定义的纳入与排除标准剔除不符合要求的文献,对纳入文献用Revman 5.0软件进行综合定量分析。结果干预后,在校学生对"与艾滋病病人或感染者握手、拥抱是否能感染HIV"、"正确使用安全套可以预防艾滋病"回答正确率和"是否愿意与艾滋病病人或感染者一起上课学习"的正确态度率分别提高了23%(95%CI:9%~36%),31%(95%CI:17%~45%)和28%(95%CI:19%~38%)。结论在校学生中开展艾滋病预防参与式健康教育具有较好的效果,值得推广。 Objective To comprehensively evaluate the effect of participatory health education on HIV/AIDS prevention among Chinese students. Methods All related literatures at home and aboard were collected from different databases, and screened with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Then, they were comprehensively and quantitatively evaluated by Meta-analysis. Results After being intervened with participatory health education, the correctness rates for knowing that daily contact can not spread HIV/ AIDS and knowing that using condom can prevent HIV/AIDS infection were increased by 23% and 31%, respectively. The students had positive attitude increased by 28% on willing to study together with AIDS patients in the same class. Conclusion It is necessary to popularize participatory health education in Chinese students to prevent HIV/AIDS.
