内地藏族大学生人格特征分析

Analysis on Tibetan undergraduates' personality in inland

目的探讨藏族大学生人格特征,为少数民族大学生的心理适应与心理健康教育提供依据。方法以卡特尔16项人格因素测验(16PF)量表为工具,测查内地366名藏族大学生和357名汉族大学生的人格特征。结果藏族大学生人格16个因子的标准平均分介于3.92～7.31之间,普遍处于中等水平。其中稳定性、有恒性、独立性、自律性4个因子得分低于5分,乐群性、兴奋性得分相对较高。藏族女大学生乐群性、敏感性得分显著高于藏族男大学生,恃强性、稳定性显著低于藏族男大学生;藏族大学生兴奋性、幻想性存在显著的年级差异(P值均<0.05)。藏族大学生与汉族大学生人格存在差异。结论应关注内地藏族大学生人格特征,根据其人格特征开展有效的心理教育。

Objective To analyze the traits of Tibetan undergraduates＇ personality in inland,and to provide bases for their mental adaptation and mental health education.Methods A total of 366 Tibetan undergraduates in inland were tested with Cattell＇ s 16 Personality Factors Scale（16PF）.Results The standard average scores of the 16 personality factors of Tibetan undergraduates was between 3.92 and 7.31,which was in a moderate level.Among them the scores of traits of stability,persistence,independence,self-discipline were lower than 5 and that of extrovert and excitability were higher.Scores of traits of extrovert and sensitiveness of female Tibetan undergraduates were significantly higher than that of male Tibetan undergraduates（P0.01）,and scores of traits of power and stability were significantly lower than that of male Tibetan undergraduates.Differences of scores of traits of excitability and fantasy existed in Tibetan undergraduates of different grades.So did between Han undergraduates and Tibetan undergraduates.Conclusion The traits of Tibetan undergraduates＇ personality in inland should be concentrated,and we should strengthen the mental health education of them according to their personality traits.
