摘要 针对目前市场上呼叫中心的开发具有软件重用率低、开发成本和维护成本高的缺点,设计了一种基于Java语言,以Asterisk作为软交换平台的web呼叫中心。该呼叫中心采用J2EE的分层模式来设计软件开发架构和系统各功能模块,实现了用户管理、系统状态监控、系统配置管理、客户管理和通话记录管理的功能。测试证明,系统能够通过Web页面定制个性化的呼叫中心,具有稳定性高、扩展性强以及成本低等特点。 In view of defects of low software reuse and high cost of development and maintenance in the design of call center, a web call center is designed with Asterisk as soft switch platform and java as code language. J2EE hierarchical design model is used as design pattern. Software framework is described and the implementation of each module is given. Functions of user management, system status monitoring, system con- figuration management,customer management and call records management are implemented. Proved by the test,this system can custom call center by web and. has some advantages such as high stability, scalability and low cost.
