Analysis on Start Performance of Beam Pumping Unit Based on Vector Control of Induction Motor

摘要 通过分析异步电动机的启动电流大、启动转矩小的原因,同时结合抽油机负载的特点,运用矢量控制方法对电动机的启动性能进行改善,使其与抽油机的负载相匹配。建立了基于MATLAB/Simulink的游梁式抽油机用异步电动机转差频率矢量控制系统的仿真模型,并对仿真结果与异步电动机的固有启动性能相比较。结果表明,采用转差频率矢量控制方法可以保证启动转矩同时减少启动电流,提高电动机的启动性能。 By analyzing the reason that asynchronous motor starting current is large and starting torque is small, and load characteristics of pumping unit, using the vector control method for motor, the starting performance of pumping unit is improved and the mechanical characteris- tic of the motor is matched with the load of pumping unit. The slip frequency vector control system of the asynchronous motor for the beam pumping unit is set up with Matlab/Simulink. And comparison of simulation results and the inherent start-up performance of the asynchronous motor has been completed. The results show that the slip frequency vector control method can guarantee that the starting torque and reduce the starting current, with the startup performance of the motor improved.
