摘要
本文分析了船厂目前造船使用的梳式滑道绞车系统的现状,针对梳式滑道绞车群的同步控制问题展开研究,设计了一套基于PLC的MCGS的控制系统,对现场的运行设备及运行状态进行实时控制。该课题的研究对工业生产中广泛应用的电力拖动绞车群的同步控制、变频调速等技术问题具有重大的现实意义。
This paper analyzes the state of comb-slipway winches synchronization control system in the shipyards. Based on the research to the existing problems, a type of control system based on MCGS of PLC is designed to control the running equipment and state on spot. The research of this project is significant to the techniques of synchronization control and frequency speed-adjusting which are widely used in industrial production.
