摘要
我国高等教育已经步入大众化,原来国家财政投资的单一模式已经远不能满足资金的需求了,多渠道筹措经费的模式已经初步形成。作为渠道之一的社会捐赠对高校发展的意义越来越大。从捐赠行为产生的心理学因素出发,结合中国的文化背景,初步探索高校捐赠者的主观心理,并针对具体情况提出相应的激励措施。
China's higher education has become universalized, and the former unimodel methods of investment from the State Revenue cannot meet the demands of education funds any more. The model of raising funds from various channels has been formed. Combining the cultural background in China, this article analyzes the donators' psychological factors, and put forward some relevant stimulate measures according to the specific situations.
