Discussion on the Strategies to Construct the Counselor Team under the Work-Study Model in Higher Vocational College

本文从高职辅导员队伍构成成分作为改革切入点,提出以"马列"教师、"思想品德"教师、"心理学"课程教师担任辅导员,打破以往高职辅导员队伍建设的惯有思维,打造工学结合下高职思想政治教育改革示范性成果。

From the constitution of the counselor team in higher vocational college, this article suggests that the teachers who teach the courses of Marxism-Leninism, ideological and moral education, and psychology can work as the counselors, which can break the customary thinking in constructing the counselor team and make demonstration progress in the teaching reform under the situation of Work-Study model.
