托拉塞米联合甘露醇治疗脑水肿

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Brain Edema with Torasemide

目的观察托拉塞米注射液联合甘露醇治疗脑水肿的效果及安全性。方法将108例脑水肿患者随机分为托拉塞米联合甘露醇组（54例）和单一甘露醇组（54例），两组患者均观察治疗14d，比较两种方法的疗效，治疗前后的尿量变化和脑水肿情况，记录用药后的不良反应。结果联合组的疗效、尿量变化和脑水肿分级均优于单一组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗过程中出现不良反应情况无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论托拉塞米联合甘露醇治疗脑水肿效果显著，不良反应无增加，值得临床使用。

Objective To observe the therapy and side effects of torasemide in the treatment of brain edema. Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into treatment groups of torasemide united with mannite and only man- nite, both based on the same medication and compared the neurologic impairment, noted adverse reaction between the two groups after two weeks treatment. Results The neurologic impairment to regain before and after treatment were significantly different（P 〈 0.05 ）. Adverse reactions were no obvious significant difference between two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of torasemide united with mannite in brain edema certainly was significant. To- rasemide is worthy for being widely used in the treatment of brain edema.
