摘要
"以用为本"是高职院校对青年教师职业发展有效管理的准确把握。高职院校要针对处于不同发展时期的青年教师构建合适的发展平台,化解他们在不同阶段的困惑,拓宽他们的发展空间,让他们在改革与发展的环境中成长,早日成为一名合格的广东高职教师。
"Application-oriented" is the basic conception for the effective management to the development of young teachers' vocational skills in higher vocational colleges. According to the different development periods, the higher vocational colleges need to construct good platforms for the young teachers to develop their vocational skills and solve their confusions so that they can be qualified teachers under the environment of reform and development.
