高职院校开展暑期企业实践活动的几点思考

Thoughts about Summer Enterprises Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校人才培养目标是以就业为导向,为企业培养高技能应用型人才。暑期企业实践活动是学生了解社会、认识企业,实践技能的好机会,同时也是高职院校服务社会、增进校企合作的契机。广大高职院校师生应积极参与,开展丰富多彩的企业实践活动,为培养高职人才积累更多经验。

The goal of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is to develop applied talents with technical skills for enterprises under the employment-oriented guidance. Summer enterprises practice is a good chance for the students to learn the society and enterprises and improve their professional skills, at the same time, it provides an opportunity for the colleges to serve the society and improve the cooperation between the colleges and the enterprises. All the teachers and students should be active to participate the enterprises practice to build up more experience for personnel training.
