高职新生UPI测试结果的分析及探讨——以广西职业技术学院2011级新生为例

Analysis and Discussion on the UPI Test Results for College Freshmen in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文以广西职业技术学院2011级新生UPI测试情况为例,对当前高职大学新生个体在环境适应、人际关系的处理、情绪及自信心的树立等心理健康问题进行了有益的探讨,并针对这些问题提出了改善大学生心理健康的有效途径。

Taking the UPI test for freshmen of Grade 2011 in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College as the sample, this article makes a beneficial discussion on the problems of the college freshman＇s mental health, such as environment adjustment, processing interpersonal relationship, and building up self-confidence and so on. Some practical ways to improve the college students＇ mental health are presented in the paper.
