摘要
科研与高校青年教师发展密切相关,教师发展离不开科研。但并不是所有的青年教师都意识到科研对教师发展的重要性,他们对待科研在认识上存在不少误区。本文就科研对促进高校青年教师发展进行了阐述,对青年教师科研存在的误区进行了解析,提出了相应的措施。
Scientific research has a close relationship with the young teachers' development in colleges. Not all the young teachers are aware of the importance of scientific research to their development, and they have some misunderstanding in handling scientific research. This paper discusses the promotion roles of scientific research to the young teachers' development, analyzes the misunderstanding to scientific research, and presents some countermeasures.
