In the times of cultural diversity, the quality of bearing hardships has been valued practically. This article analyzes the importance of such quality to the higher vocational students＇ professional development, so as to draw the attention of vocational colleges and employers to the cultivating of the quality in higher vocational colleges, and guide the vocational students to treat their professional development and value with positive mentality and behavior.
