优质高产抗病厚皮甜瓜新品种平甜6号的选育

Breeding of Pingtian No.6,a Thick-skinned Melon Cultivar with High Quality, Yield and Disease Resistance

平甜6号厚皮甜瓜为一代杂交种,由河南省平顶山市农业科学院通过常规育种方法自主培育。平均产量36 510 kg/hm2,单瓜质量1.46 kg,果实商品率95.1%,抗逆性5级。2003年育成,2010年通过国家西甜瓜品种鉴定委员会鉴定,鉴定编号为国品鉴瓜2010006。

The thick-skinned melon cuhivar Pingtian No.6 was bred by Pingdingshan Academy of Agricultural Sciences through conventional breeding methods in 2003. Its average yield was about 36 510 kg/hm2, and its single fruit weight was 1,46 kg, with the commodity rate of 95.1% and the stress resistance level of the fifth grade. The hybrid cuhivar passed the evaluation of National Watermelon and Melon Variety Appraisal Committee in 2010, and the serial number was 2010006.
