摘要
应用分子生物学的方法鉴定了河南周口地区番茄黄化曲叶病的病原。鉴定结果表明,侵染河南周口番茄的双生病毒为番茄黄化曲叶病毒,与安徽AH-HB1分离物相似性最高,达到98.7%;从构建的系统关系树也可以看出,河南周口的番茄黄化曲叶病毒与安徽AH-HB1分离物的亲缘关系最近,推测河南周口番茄黄化曲叶病毒可能来源于安徽。
In this paper, we identified the pathogen of tomato yellow leaf curl disease in Zhoukou of Henan Province (HN-ZK) by molecular method. The results showed that geminiviruses infecting tomato in Zhoukou was tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), and the obtained sequence from HN-ZK isolate shared the highest similarity (95.7%) with that from Anhui AH-HB1 isolate. It was also indicated that HN-ZK isolate of TYLCV was most closely related to AH-HB1 isolate from the constructed phylogenetic tree. Thus, it was supposed that TYLCV isolate from Zhoukou was probably derived from Anhui.
