疏血通注射液联合辛伐他汀胶囊改善失代偿期慢性肺源性心脏病肺心功能临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察疏血通注射液联合辛伐他汀胶囊改善慢性肺源性心脏病(肺心功能失代偿期)患者肺心功能的临床疗效。方法将52例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为治疗组26例,对照组26例。2组均给予支气管舒张剂、抗生素、祛痰、止咳及强心、利尿、扩血管等常规治疗。治疗组在上述基础上给予疏血通注射液联合辛伐他汀胶囊治疗。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察二氧化碳分压[p(CO2)]、氧分压[p(O2)]、肺动脉压、心脏每搏输出量(SV)及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率88.46%,对照组总有效率65.38%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后p(CO2)、p(O2)、肺动脉压、SV与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后p(CO2)、p(O2)、肺动脉压、SV比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论疏血通注射液联合辛伐他汀胶囊治疗肺心功能失代偿期的慢性肺源性心脏病患者可以改善呼吸功能及心功能,纠正缺氧,减轻二氧化碳潴留,降低肺动脉压,提高心脏射血量,对改善肺源性心脏病患者肺心功能有较好疗效。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Shuxuetong injection combined with simvastatin cap- sule for pulmonary function and heart function of patients in the instable stage of chronic pulmonary disease. Method 52 patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group (26 cases) and control group(26 cases). The two groups were treated with the same treatments, such as bronchodilator, anti -virus vegeta- ble, expectorant, antitussive agents, cardiac tonic, diuretics and vasodilator, while the treatment group was treated by 5% glucose infusion 250 mL plus Shuxuetong injection 6 mL/times, once a day combined with simvastatin capsule 20 mg,once a day. The course was 14 days I two groups. Results The total effective rate was 88.46% in the treat- ment group. The total effective rate was 65.38% in the control group. The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group( P 〈0.05 ). There was statistically significance between before and after treatment on p (CO2 ), p (02 ), pulmonary artery pressure and SV( P 〈 0.05 ). There was significant differences between two groups on p ( CO2 ) , p ( 02 ) , pulmonary artery pressure and SV after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Shuxue- tong injection combined with simvastatin capsule can improve the respiratory and cardiac function on the treatment of pulmonary heart function decompensated chronic pulmonary heart disease. The treatment could not only decrease p( CO2 ) and pulmonary hypertension but also improvep (02 ) and cardiac output.
