锰胁迫对商陆生长和吸收钙、镁、铁、锌二价离子的影响

Effects of Manganese Stress on Growth and Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Fe^(2+) and Zn^(2+) Uptake of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.

采用水培法研究了锰对商陆生长和吸收其他金属离子的影响,结果表明:一定浓度的锰离子对商陆的生长有促进作用。在干物质中锰含量高达2.2%的情况下,商陆生长正常,印证了商陆是一种锰超积累植物且具有很高的锰耐受性;锰离子在商陆体中的分布为叶>根>茎;锰对商陆吸收钙离子、镁离子有抑制作用,对吸收铁离子、锌离子有促进作用。

The effects of manganese on growth and uptake of the other metal ions of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.were studied by hydroponics.The results indicated that a certain concentration of manganese ion can promote the growth of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb..Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.can grow normally when content of manganese in dry matters account for 2.2%,which means Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.is a plant has hyper-accumulation of manganese and high tolerance on manganese.The distribution of manganese in Phytolacca acinosa Roxb.ordered as leaf>root>stem.Manganese could promote the absorption of Fe2+ and Zn2+,but resist the absorption of Mg2+ and Ca2+ in Phytolacca acinosa Roxb..
