摘要 共轭亚油酸(Conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)是20世纪80年代末发现的具有许多重要生理功能的不饱和脂肪酸。介绍了CLA的免疫、抑癌、降脂等生理功能及其合成途径,阐述了CLA在反刍动物体内合成的影响因素有品种和个体间的差异、日粮因素、瘤胃内环境等,并对通过相关营养调控促进动物体内CLA合成提出了展望。 Conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) is a kind of natural active ingredients which have wide effects on anti-cancer,reducing the fat deposition,enhancing the immunity,and it had been widely used in the food industry.In this paper,the physiological functions and the synthesis route of the CLA were introduced,and the influencing factors for its synthesis in ruminants,including differences between varieties and individuals,diet factor and internal environment of rumina,were reviewed.Meanwhile,it is proposed that promoting CLA synthesis in ruminants through regulating animal related nutrition.
