Government Sports Public Service System and the Establishment of a Sports Power

通过文献资料法对我国为何建设和如何建设体育公共服务体系进行了分析。体育公共服务体系的完善是中国改革进程中,社会的政治、经济、文化的需求和人们的健康、娱乐等需求所决定的,是建设体育强国的必经之路;通过政策引导、财政投入和公共设施的完善、更多更优秀体育公共人才的培养、体育活动倡导、体育知识和意识的普及、体育不良行为的控制等多面努力将有效促进我国体育强国的建设,推动国家富强和社会和谐发展。

Depending on the methods of literature material, the paper analyzes the reasons and approaches for China to establish the public sports service system. The perfection of sports public service system is the peoples social, politi- cal and economic need in China＇s reform process, and it is decided by the people＇s health and entertainment need. It is the inevitable way out for china to build itself into a sports power. The paper believes that we can promote the prosperity and harmonious development of the country by means of policy guidance, financial investment and the improvement of public facilities, the training of more talented public sports personnel, the advocating of sports activities, the populariza- tion of sports knowledge and awareness, and the control of bad sports behavior.
