摘要
以2006—2009年长三角地区高技术产业R&D活动为研究对象,运用超效率DEA模型和Malmquist生产力指数法,对长三角地区高技术产业的R&D效率进行测度分析,得出4年来长三角地区R&D效率的基本情况。结果表明,苏、浙、沪地区高技术产业R&D效率发展不平衡,一些行业的R&D资源配置效率较低,迫切需要进行R&D资源配置效率的优化。基于此,提出了相关政策建议。
Basing on the R&D activities of Yangtze Delta Area's high-tech industries during 2006 to 2009, this paper uses super efficiency DEA model and the Malmquist productivity index to study the Yangtze Delta Area's R&D efficiency of high-tech industries, and obtains some basic results of the R&D efficiency of Yangtze Delta Area's high-industries. The re- sults show that R&D efficiency of high-tech industry is unbalanced among Jiangsu, Zhejiang and shanghai, and some in- dustries' allocation efficiency of R&D resources has a low ratio, which urgently need to optimize R&D resource allocation efficiency. Based on this, it put forward some policy recommendations.
