制造企业自主创新知识型动力机制的作用机理研究——基于知识管理视角

Study on the Function Mechanism of Manufacturing Enterprise' Knowledge Dynamic Mechanism——Based on Knowledge Management Perspective

从知识的角度界定了知识型动力机制的概念,并将其引入制造企业的自主创新过程,在结合制造企业自主创新特点的基础上,分析了知识型动力机制的特点和功能,并从知识的获取与创造、知识的转移与扩散、知识的共享与管理以及知识的整合与评估4个角度,阐述了知识型动力机制的作用机理,以期从全新的分析角度为制造企业自主创新提供借鉴。

From the view of knowledge, this paper first defines the concept of the knowledge dynamic mechanism and intro- duces it into the process of the manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innovation, and it analyzes the characteristics and functions of the knowledge dynamic mechanism based on the process of the manufacturing enterprise＇s independent innova- tion. This paper discusses the function mechanism of the knowledge dynamic mechanism from the four knowledge modules views., knowledge acquisition and creation, knowledge transfer and diffusion, knowledge sharing and management and knowledge integration and evaluation in order to provide a new analysis angle for the process of the manufacturing enter- prise＇s independent innovation and significances for the manufacturing enterprise.
