Foreign Research System and Development Trend of Agility Enterprise

敏捷企业研究是敏捷制造研究的拓展,其研究范围除了生产制造之外,还包括组织、人力资源等方面的问题,而且研究对象也涵盖了非制造企业。在回顾敏捷制造产生背景的基础上,归纳敏捷性的定义、敏捷企业的组成要素(敏捷生产技术、敏捷型组织和敏捷型人力资源)和基本特征(速度、柔性、有效响应变化和不确定性),并对国外关于支持这些敏捷特征的关键使能技术和实现敏捷企业管理机制的相关文献作了系统总结和述评。最后,对最新研究方向进行了分析和展望。

Agile enterprise is the expansion of agile manufacturing, which research scope includes organization, human re- sources and other issues, and its research object also covers non-manufacturing enterprises. Based on the background re- view of agile manufacturing, this paper summarized the definition of agility, elements of agile enterprise （agile production techniques, agile organization and agile workforce） and its basic characteristics （speed, flexibility, responsiveness to change and uncertainty）, and systematically reviewed the foreign literature about key enablers supporting these character- istics and management mechanisms to achieve agile enterprise. Finally, it also analyzed the latest research directions and prospects.
