影响创业团队信任变化的关键事件分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于多案例的研究方法,本文按照蒂蒙斯创业过程理论的框架,识别出影响创业团队信任的高发性关键事件,包括价值观、所有权、目标、管理、能力、团队互动、外部环境七大领域的关键事件,从而使引发创业团队信任变化的关键事件从高度概括的概念中具体化,为以后的信任研究提供条件。
