摘要
通过对2001-2010年广西水资源公报公布的总共32起突发性水污染事件的统计分析,发现广西突发性水污染事件的数量呈现阶段性增多的趋势,经济较发达地区和重点开发区域的突发性水污染事件风险较高,且事故污染物类型多集中在耗氧类、非金属有毒类、有机有毒类、重金属、营养盐和酸碱类等化学物质,主要风险诱因为工业排污、交通事故和水库富营养化。指出水污染事件给环境造成严重后果,并结合广西经济社会发展规划预估了今后广西突发性水污染事件风险的发展趋势。
According to analysis of the 32 sudden water pollution accidents announced by Guangxi Water Resourc- es Bulletins from 2001 to 2010, incidents have staged increasing tendency; comparatively developed areas and key development areas have more accidents; pollutants are most chemicals of oxygen-consuming organisr, nonmetallic poisonous, organic poisonous, heavy metals, nutrition salts, acids and alkalis etc.; main incentives include indus- trial waste discharge, traffic accidents and reservoir eutrophication. The author also presented the serious damage to environment by the water pollution accidents, and estimated the sudden water pollution risk development tenden- cy combined with the economic and social development plan of Guangxi.
