AZ31镁合金定向凝固的有限元模拟

摘要 定向凝固技术是获得新型功能材料的一种重要手段。基于有限元算法,对采用传统法和定向凝固法铸造的AZ31镁合金内部温度、应力、应变分别进行了仿真模拟。结果表明,采用定向凝固法铸造的AZ31镁合金,其内部温度为单相分布,更有利于形成柱状晶,从而提高Az31镁合金的性能。 The directional solidification technique is an important means to obtain new functional materials. Based on the finite element algorithm, the internal temperature, stress and strain of AZ31 magnesium alloy, which casted with the traditional method and directional solidification casting, are simulated respectively. The results show that the internal temperature of AZ31 magnesium alloy by directional solidification casting is distributions uniformly, which is conducive to form columnar crystals, and the performance ofAZ31 magnesium alloy is improved.
