摘要
利用CASTsoftCAD/CAE软件对采矿设备铸件的凝固过程和充型过程进行模拟。依据铸造缺陷的分析结果对工艺进行改进,最后设计出合理的铸造工艺。铸造过程计算机模拟可以减少或取消新产品的工艺试验,能够有效地避免可能出现的铸造缺陷,保证工艺的可靠性,缩短新产品的试制周期。
The solidification and filling process of mining equipment casting was simulated with CASTsoft CAD/CAE. According to the analysis results of casting defects, the casting process was improved and the final process was determined. The computer simulation for casting process can reduce and cancel the process test of new products. The casting defects can be avoided effectively, the reliability of casting process is ensured, and the trial-produce cycle of new oroducts is shortened
