Heuristic discussion on the earthquake prediction in China based on Wenchuan and Japan great earthquakes

本文从2008年中国汶川、2011年日本东北部巨震出发,论述我国地震预测,尤其是对应用实践中涉及的技术问题和需要重视的管理问题。

Based on 2008 Wenchuan in China and 2011 northeastern Japan great earth- quakes, the earthquake prediction in China is discussed, especially the applied technology in practice and problem which should be paid more attention in management.
