摘要
阐述了基于相间功率控制器(IPC)的通用电路模型,分析了IPC在联络线潮流控制方面的特性和晶闸管控制串联电容器(TCSC)的工作特性,提出了一种可控相间功率控制器(TCIPC)的结构。此种TCIPC能够灵活、快速、连续的对联络线功率进行控制,并可以运用较小的电容器获得较宽的参数调节范围。TCIPC潮流控制仿真分析结果验证了此模型可以控制联络线潮流的有效性。
This paper introduces the general circuit model based on interphase power controller, analyzes the charac- teristics of IPC from the aspect of tie - line power flow control and the working characteristics of thyristor - con- trolled series capacitor (TCSC), and proposes the structure of thyristor controlled interphase power controller ( TCIPC), a controller which can control the tie - line power flexibly, fast and constantly and acquire relatively wide range for parameters adjustment by relatively small capacitor. The Simulation result of TCIPC power flow control proves the feasibility in tie - line power flow control.
