摘要
2004年中共中央、国务院颁发的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》指出,高校思想政治教育应该建立"全员育人、全方位育人、全过程育人"的工作格局;从这一文件精神,高职思想政治教育评估体系的构建应该坚持以学生为主体,对思想政治教育内容能否满足学生不断增长的对国家主流意识形态认知的需要、能否满足学生不断增长的提升个人思想道德修养的需要,能否满足学生不断增长的把科学世界观和方法论转化为实际学习、生活、工作能力的需要等进行评价。
In 2004 the Central Committee of Communist Party of China,the State Council issued the document of "on further strengthening and improving ideological and political education",which points out that ideological and political education in college should establish such working pattern-"full education,all-round education,the whole process of educating people".From the spirit of the document,evaluation system of ideological and political education should adhere to the students as the main body,and it should evaluate whether the contents of ideological and political education can meet the students' growing needs of the cognition of national ideology,whether it can meet the students' growing needs of personal thought and moral cultivation,whether it can help students transform scientific world outlook and methodology into practical ability of learning,life,and working.
