现代高校是一个典型的利益相关者组织,从动力、能力和权力的角度可将高校各类利益相关者分为成员型利益相关者、伙伴型利益相关者和合作型利益相关者。基于此,可以组建一个共同治理体、战略伙伴和战略合作关系的高校利益相关者共同治理模型。

The modem university is a typical stakeholder organization. From the angle of motive, ability and authority, the universities stakeholders can be divided into member stakeholders, partner stakeholders and cooperative stakeholders. So we can establish a university stakeholders＇ model based on a co-governance body, strategic partner and strategic cooperation.
