摘要
中小型旅行社为了充分地挖掘和运用员工的经验、技能等隐性知识,拆除知识共享壁垒,必须找到影响员工知识共享时的心理障碍即影响因素。本文通过界定中小型旅行社,分析中小旅行社企业知识共享困局,提炼出中小型旅行社知识共享影响因素,运用实证研究方法,找到影响中小型旅行社企业知识共享影响因素。
Small and medium-sized travel agencies in order to fully tap and use the experience, skills and tacit knowledge of employees, and removal of barriers to knowledge sharing, must find the psychological barriers that affect the factors affecting employee knowledge sharing. In this paper, the definition of small and medium-sized travel agencies, analysis of small and medium-sized travel agencies and enterprise knowledge sharing dilemma, knowledge sharing impact factors extracted from small and medium-sized travel agencies, the use of empirical research methods to find the factors affecting the impact of small and medium-sized travel agencies enterprise knowledge sharing.
