A Study on Carrier Innovation of Zhoushan's Grass-roots Party Organizations——Taking Grid of Mission-style Service Management Group as an Example

舟山基层党组织载体创新是在舟山近几年不断创新的海岛特色党建模式上运行而生的,尤其是"网格化管理、组团式服务"的实践作为基层党组织化解社会矛盾的时空载体、组织载体和制度载体,契合了渔农村社会结构变迁和利益整合的需求,建立健全起一种促使渔农村和谐运行的工作机制。

Cartier innovation of grass-roots party organizations, as part of efforts made in party construction models, has been recently initiated in Zhou Shah, a city featured with islands. In particular, ＂Grid of mission-style service management group＂, a temporal, spatial and organizational carrier for grass-roots party organizations to solve social problems, has been put into practice as it meets the needs of rural social structure change and the integration of different interests and turns out to be a sound working system for the harmonious functioning of rural and fishery villages.
