摘要 目的:通过对"小群体"教学模式在高校游泳选项课教学中的应用来提高游泳学习效果。方法:采用教学实验法进行研究。结果":小群体"教学模式对学生蛙泳技术、达标成绩及人际交往能力影响显著。结论:采用小群体教学模式能为学生营造一个更为宽松和自主的学习环境,提高学生体育学习的效果;加强了学生间的人际交往,增强团队凝聚力;为传统游泳教学注入了新的活力,丰富了游泳教学的内容。 Purposes: The research on the "small group" teaching method for the swimming course, an optional in colleges, is to improve the teaching effect of swimming. Methods: Teaching experiment. Results: The "Small-group" teaching model has a great influence on students' breaststroke skills, standard performance and interpersonal skills. Conclusions: This study suggests that the use of "small group" teaching can promote a more relaxed and self-learning environment for students. It facilitates the effect of physical learning and helps students to develop swimming skills. It improves teaching quality by enhancing interpersonal communication among students and team recognition. This method contributes new vitality to the conventional teaching of college swimming and enriches its content.
