赤霉素对骏枣、灰枣叶片发育及果实品质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了寻找骏枣及灰枣赤霉素喷施的适合浓度及适宜时期,以两年生骏枣和灰枣为试材,研究了不同时期(初花期、盛花期)喷施赤霉素对枣树叶片发育及果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同时期喷施不同浓度赤霉素处理对骏枣和灰枣的叶片发育及果实品质有显著性影响,总体表现为,对叶绿素含量、Vc含量、叶厚度及叶面积具有显著的提高作用,而对果实的糖酸比、制干有显著的抑制作用,对果形指数的影响不显著。初花期和盛花期赤霉素都有助于叶片发育、改善果实品质,综合分析各指标数据得,20 mg/L赤霉素处理对灰枣和骏枣的Vc含量、叶绿素含量、叶厚度及叶面积具有显著的提高作用,为其适宜喷施浓度。 In order to looking for appropriate concentration and right periods of Gibberellin( GA3 ) which spraying to Junzao Jujube and Huizao Jujube, the biennial Junzao and Huizao Jujube were used as material , the influence of leaf growth and fruit quality under different spraying period and different spraying potency of GA3 were studied. The results showed that different spraying period and different spraying potency have a significant influence on leaf growth and fruit quality, The overall performance for the test showed that the content of chlorophyll, Vc, the leaf thickness, leaf area improved significantly after application of GA3 , and it had a negative influence on the ratio of sugar to acid fruit of the sugar acid, and drying, the influence on the shape index was not significant. This GA3 application on early flowering and full bloom stages were helpful to leaf development and fruit quality improvement. The 20 mg/L GA3 treatment with higher Vc content, chlorophyll content, leaf thickness and leaf area indicated that the 20 mg/L is the suitable spraying concentration.
