早期宫颈癌和癌前病变中微血管密度和微淋巴管密度的相关性研究 被引量:9

Correlation between the Microvessel Density and the Lymphatic Vessel Density in Cervical Cancer and Precancerous Lesions

摘要 目的同时检测早期宫颈癌和癌前病变中的肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)和微淋巴管密度(LVD),分析它们之间的关系及其临床意义。方法采用SP法利用抗人CD34和D2-40单克隆抗体分别检测102例宫颈组织中的MVD和LVD水平,并结合临床资料分析MVD和LVD与肿瘤的临床分期、淋巴结状态和肿瘤细胞分化程度之间的关系。结果在早期宫颈癌和癌前病变中MVD与临床分期(P<0.01)和患者盆腔淋巴结转移(P<0.05)有显著相关性;LVD与临床分期(P<0.01)、患者盆腔淋巴结转移(P<0.01)和肿瘤细胞的分化程度(P<0.01)有显著相关性。研究还发现早期宫颈病变组织中MVD和LVD的水平呈正相关(r=0.620,P<0.01)。结论早期宫颈病变中MVD和LVD与宫颈病变的临床进展和转移密切相关,高MVD和LVD促进宫颈病变的发展和转移,并且早期宫颈癌的血管新生和淋巴管新生密切相关。 Objective To investigate the microvessel density(MVD)and lymphatic vessel density(LVD)in cervical cancer and precancerous lesions,and analyze the correlation between MVD and LVD.Methods Antibodies of human CD34 and D2-40 were used to immunostain the microvessels and the lymphatic vessels in the paraffin-embedded sections of cervical tissues from 102 cases.Computer-assisted morphometric analysis was used to count MVD and LVD.Results MVD was positively related to clinical staging(P0.01)and the lymphatic nodes metastasis(P0.05).And LVD was positively related to clinical staging(P0.01),the lymphatic nodes metastasis(P0.01)and histological grade of tumor cells(P0.01).Furthermore,There was a positive correlation between LVD and MVD(r=0.620,P0.01).Conclusion MVD and LVD in cervical tissues were closely related with tumor development and metastatic spread,and there was a significantly positive correlation between MVD and LVD.
