细胞周期调控因子调控子宫内膜蜕膜化的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 1子宫内膜蜕膜化的基本过程胚胎的植入和生长要求子宫各种组织高度的重构。基质细胞快速增生和分化,腔上皮细胞逐渐凋亡,继之发生胚胎着床。胚泡滋养层与容受性子宫内膜接触后,基质细胞分化成蜕膜细胞,这一反应称为蜕膜化[1-2]。人类蜕膜化一般发生于每个月经周期的第23天,受孕后持续至妊娠结束。
