320层螺旋CT三维容积重建在鼓室成形术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨320层螺旋CT三维容积重建(320-SCT)在鼓室成形术中的应用。方法:研究80例慢性化脓中耳炎患者的患耳的听骨链进行320层螺旋CT三维容积重建(VR)的图像。将耳常规断层图像及VR成像分型结果与手术结果进行对比分析。结果:通过使用320层螺旋CT三维容积重建的VR成像可直观准确地显示出听骨链形态,能清晰立体地显示除镫骨底板外正常听骨链和其细小结构。82只患耳术前VR图像分型与手术结果相同,其中Ⅰ型10只,Ⅱ型34只,Ⅲ型23只,Ⅳ型15只。结论:320层螺旋CT三维容积重建成像技术具有清晰、立体、准确地显示正常和病变听骨链立体影像等优点,可为各种中耳炎的诊断和治疗提供更多的依据。减小误诊的发生。值得临床推广使用。 Objective : The application of the 320-slice spiral CT 3D volume reconstruction in tympanoplasty surgery.Methods : To research the 320-slice spiral CT three-dlmensional volume rendering in the ossicular chain of affected ear in 80 cases patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.The ear conventional SPECT images and results of VR Imaging were compared with surgical findings.Results : By using 320-slice spiral CT 3D volume reconstruction VR imaging could show the shape of the ossicular chain directly and accurately, and showed a clear three-dimensional display of the nomml ossicular chain and the small structure in addition to the stapes floor.The preoperative VR image classification and surgical results in 82 cases were same.10 cases of type Ⅰ, 34 cases of type Ⅱ, 23 cases of type Ⅲ, 15 cases of type Ⅵ .Condusion : The characteristics of VR imaging technology in 320-slice spiral CT 3D volume reconstruction is clear, threedimensional, accurately to show the normal and diseased listen of the essicular chain, it can provide more basis for a variety of diagnosis and treatment of otitis media, reduce the occurrence of misdiagnesis, is worthy of clinical use.
