摘要 针对生产工艺流程:电弧炉熔炼→二次精炼(LF+VD)→连铸的作业条件,为满足连续铸造轴承钢小方坯连铸性能、力学性能和再加工性能的要求,在包括冶炼方法、脱氧工艺、碳化物控制等生产工艺的主要环节提出工艺设计和生产过程控制的主要内容和要点;据此,初步探讨连铸坯缺陷成因;为克服铸坯缺陷提出工艺设计和生产对策的要点。 According to the production process,the electric arc furnace smelting,secondary refining(LF + VD)and working conditions of continuous casting,to meet the requirements of continuous casting of bearing steel billet,mechanical properties and machining performance,we develop the main content and key points of the process design and production process control for the major aspects of production process,including smelting method,deoxidation process and carbide control etc.The causes of continuous casting billet defects are discussed to propose the main points of process design and production countermeasures to overcome the casting defects.
