铸造专业方向应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践

摘要 合理科学的专业培养模式能够在提高本专业教学能力与效果的同时,对相关专业的教学与实践也有一定的借鉴意义。在铸造专业方向实际教学过程中教师与学生之间的辩证关系,又是培养模式改革的基础,其主要内容包含两个层面,一是教师业务能力对学生学习兴趣触动与激发;二是学生如何能更好地自我塑造,在理想与现实之间构建切实可行的桥梁,通过教师在知识上的传授和学习上督促,来激励自身的学习斗志而努力学习。建立切实可行的专业培养模式不仅是专业需求,也是社会对应用型人才需求的体现,以充分应对专业课教学所面临的严峻挑战。 Reasonable and scientific mode of specialized training can improve not only the teaching capabilities and results,but the education theoretical basis for the relevant specialized teaching and practice,which is vital to driving the specialized development.In the teaching process,the dialectic between the teacher and the student is the reform foundation including two factors,firstly,the professional ability to touch and stimulate the student learning interest,and secondly,the student self-shaping to structure feasible approach between the ideal and the reality by means of the teaching and urging.Feasible specialized training mode is not only the specialized requirement,but the concrete reflection of the applied talents suiting for society need,furthermore to match the challenges of specialized courses teaching.
