由于长期以来对职业病防治工作的重视程度不够,防护设施投入不足,我国铸造行业的职业病问题十分突出。目前我国铸造业正处于转型升级的关键时期,为防止职业病隐患继续扩大,保障劳动者的身体健康和生命安全,加强职业病的防治工作已成为当前要务。本文根据最新颁布的职业病防治法和国家安全生产监督管理总局51号令的有关内容,对新建铸造项目职业病防护设施设计中的要点进行了总结,对于新建铸造项目的职业病防护设施设计及铸造企业职业卫生管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。

China has a very acute problem of occupational diseases in the foundry industry because of paying no enough attention to the prevention of occupational diseases for long time,and inadequate investment protection facilities.Currently China foundry industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading,to prevent occupational disease hazards continue to expand and protect workers＇ health and life safety,strengthening the prevention and control of occupational diseases has become urgent tasks.According to the latest issued by the Occupational Disease Prevention Law and the State Production Safety Supervision Administration of Decree 51th clause,this article summarized the main points of the new cast occupational protection facilities design,and has certain reference significance for the new casting project occupation disease prevention facilities design and corporate occupation health management.
